![]() I think it was the late seventies when I had my first view of Staithes from the vantage point of Cow Bar and it's one of those memories that never leave you. It's one of Yorkshire's most photographed scenes although more often in the early evening. In this, Staithes is just waking up to a March sunrise.
Despite the fact that the sun had only just broken the horizon, I needed 5 stops of hard Lee Graduated Neutral density filter to tame the light in the sky. Keith Henson 17x11 inches |
